Do Dham Yatra – A sacred journey to Kedarnath and Badrinath
The Do Dham Yatra is a spiritually uplifting pilgrimage to two of the most revered shrines in India—Kedarnath and Badrinath. Nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas in Uttarakhand, this journey blends devotion, breathtaking landscapes, and an experience that touches the soul.
Your journey typically begins in Haridwar or Rishikesh, where pilgrims seek blessings and take a holy dip in the Ganga before heading into the mountains. First, proceed to Kedarnath, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, located at an altitude of 11,755 feet. The trek to Kedarnath is both challenging and rewarding, offering mesmerizing views of snow-capped peaks, waterfalls, and serene valleys. The temple, surrounded by the mighty Garhwal Himalayas, radiates a divine aura that makes every step worth the effort.
Next, the yatra leads to Badrinath, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Situated along the banks of the Alaknanda River, Badrinath Temple is flanked by the Nar and Narayan mountain ranges and guarded by the towering Neelkanth peak. The peaceful ambiance and spiritual energy of this sacred site are truly transformative.

Upon arrival at Dehradun Airport, our driver will pick you from the station or airport and drive to Guptkashi. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
Early in the morning you will drive till Sonprayag (vehicles allow till this point) from here you need to take a local jeep/ Max to reach Gaurikund (3 Kms, on direct payment basis). Upon arrival in Gaurikund, you will start your Trek towards Kedarnath Temple, which is a long and beautiful man-made trail. After reaching, check in at your accommodation. Later performing Pooja and Darshan of Shri Kedarnath Temple. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
Early morning, check-out from the hotel. Later trek down to Gaurikund. On arrival in Gaurikund from here you need to take a local jeep/ Max to reach Sonprayag (3 kms, on direct payment basis). Later drive to Guptkashi. On arrival check-in at the hotel. An overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Badrinath. Enroute drive via Chopta and visit Narsingh Temple at Joshimath. Upon arrival at Badrinath, check-in at the hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Evening visit at Shri Badrinath Temple Aarti [If time permits] Note: - We would suggest to book any Online Pooja at Badrinath Temple to avoid to standing in queue.
Morning after bath in the Taptkund visit to Shri Badrinath Temple, Brahma Kamal is significant for Pind Dan Shradh of ancestors (Pitru). There is other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Mata Murti Temple, Bhim Kund and the "Mukh '' of the Saraswati River & Saraswati Temple. Just within the three Kms of Badrinath Ji. After the sightseeing tour, drive towards Joshimath/Rudraprayag. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Joshimath/Rudraprayag.
After breakfast, check-out and drive to Haridwar/Dehradun Airport. Upon arrival we will drop you at Haridwar/Dehradun Airport.
